Former Oxford International Education Group CEO becomes a Non-Executive Director at leading education services provider and international market entry firm

Sannam S4 Group, a leading global education services provider and international market entry firm, today announced the appointment of Mark Stanton to the company’s Group Board of Directors. Stanton brings with him over 25 years of senior management experience in global business along with deep knowledge of both education and commercial sectors.

Most recently, Stanton was Chief Executive Officer of Oxford International Education Group, an accredited education provider operating independent boarding schools, international colleges, online courses and English language centres. Prior to that, he was Chief Finance and Chief Operating Officer at Cambridge Education Group.

Before his involvement in the education industry, Mark was the CFO of both Dun and Bradstreet International and Thomson Financial (Europe). Stanton’s appointment comes as Sannam S4 Group embarks on an ambitious global strategy, opening offices in both Kuala Lumpur and Sydney and expanding its services portfolio to meet evolving needs across a wide range of industries, including Education, Not-for-Profit and Corporate.

Based in the UK, Stanton is a qualified chartered accountant with the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (UK). 

Stanton will join fellow Non-Executive Directors Hongxia Liu, Rodney Hornstein, and Steve Harvey, and Executive Directors Adrian Mutton, Kapil Dua, Lakshmi Iyer, Edward Dixon, and Michael Bartlett on Sannam S4 Group’s Board.
